Mission Statement
Empowered by the Holy Spirit, the people of Good Shepherd are called to joyfully
reveal God's love and Christ's healing light to all.

Who We Are
The congregation of the Church of the Good Shepherd, approximately 200 families,
is a rich cross-section of people drawn from the local counties in both North
Carolina and Georgia. Among the membership are retired and seasonal
residents, gifted artisans, young families with
children, longtime Episcopalians as well as many
newcomers to the Episcopal Church. The church has experienced continued
growth since its beginning in 1955.
