        After September 14 - $125.00 (partial scholarships available)
        Refund policy: Prior to October 5, the program fee refunded, minus $25. No refunds after October 5, 2007.

Registration begins at 10a.m. The conference begins with lunch at 12 noon on Friday, October 19 and ends at 12 noon on Sunday, October 21 (no lunch served)

LODGING AND MEALS

Contact Lake Logan directly for on-site housing costs and reservations. Meals are including with your lodging reservation. Reservations and deposits are required by October 5, 2007.

Rates: Double Occupancy $87 per person per night
        Dormitory $65 per person per night (must bring own sheets/towels/blanket/pillow)
Deposit: $100 per person
Refund policy: Prior to October 5, deposit refunded less a $25 processing fee

Commuters must make meal reservations & pay in advance by calling 828-646-0095 or 800-616-0095 by October 5. Breakfast $7.50, Lunch $9.00, Dinner $14.50. No refund after October 16.
